Privacy Policy

Office Norick Ltd. ("we") handles the personal information obtained through this site in accordance with the following policy. This English version is provided for reference; if there is any discrepancy, the Japanese version prevails.

1. Information we collect and how we use it

Through our contact form and similar means, we collect your name, contact details, and the content of your inquiry, and use them only to reply to and handle your inquiry. We delete the content of inquiries approximately one year after we have finished handling them.

2. Disclosure to third parties and outsourcing

Except as required by law, we do not provide personal information to third parties without your consent. However, to the extent necessary to reply to and handle your inquiry and to prevent abuse, we entrust its handling to the following providers. Each provider handles it in accordance with its own privacy policy.

All of the above providers are businesses based in the United States. Personal data may be handled by these providers in the United States or elsewhere outside Japan.

3. Preventing abuse

Our contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, provided by Cloudflare, Inc., to prevent abuse and mass submissions. In doing so, information such as your IP address and browser information is sent to Cloudflare and handled in accordance with its privacy policy.

For the same purpose, we temporarily record a value derived from your IP address in a way that cannot be reversed, together with the number of submissions, in a service provided by Upstash, Inc. (it is normally deleted automatically within an hour).
